Initial Phone Call
Let's speak about your needs and goals! We can discuss rates, qualifying, and the mortgage process.
Document Review
Upload all of your supporting documents through my secure portal! I will begin to build your file with the information you are able to provide. We are typically looking for two years of T4's and Notice of Assessments, a letter of employment, most recent property tax bill, most recent mortgage statements, and two pieces of ID. I will provide you with a list of documents we will need after our initial phone call.
LENDER REVIEW AND SUBMISSION
Once we have the file built, we will review different rates and products that would fit your mortgage needs! From there, we will submit your file to our lender of choice and await their commitment.
